I’m a public notary and I saw some Russian clients of mine to sign some documents.
They are in a mess because their company is a shareholder in a Russian company which had a distribution licence to import European trucks into Russia. Now there is a complete embargo on that trade. To make matters worse, they cannot pay dividends from the Russian company to the shareholders from the profits made to date.
