We have been preparing some special purpose wills lately:
- Wills that make special provision for intellectually disabled children; and
- Wills that only allow the next generation to have the benefit of the income from the estate, with the capital going to the grandchildren.
We have also prepared wills to give a schizophrenic son the benefit of his share of the estate, but without having any control over the fund.
