Paper Heavy Litigation

It has been a busy week compiling affidavits for a couple of court cases we are dealing with.

One I was working on the other day for a Magistrates Court matter included a 69 page spreadsheet! This was to help us prove that a leased business premise was predominantly used for the sale of goods by retail and is about 100 pages altogether.

The other is in relation to a Supreme Court case where my client is claiming several people conspired against him to cause him significant loss and damage, including person impersonating another before a Magistrate.  That affidavit ran to nearly 300 pages.

They can be very time consuming.
